What is BambooLite Product Warranty?
The warranty for a properly cared for BambooLite product is as follows:

BambooLite product warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the products only. Proof of purchase from our authorized retailer is required. BambooLite will cover the shipping cost(Malaysia only) if defect is within 3 months from the date of purchase. After 3 months, return shipping cost is at customer’s expense.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Fitting or sizing
- repelling
- leaking
- staining
- diaper odor
- normal wear and tear
What will void the warranty?
- Washing instructions have not been followed.
- Washed in water with temperatures over 60degreeC.
- Use of detergent containing additives like enzymes, brighteners, dyes, bleach, whiteners, perfumes, oils
- Use of fabric softeners.
- Use of diaper rash cream
- Use of caustic substances.
How do I claim my warranty?
Please email marketing@bamboolite.com if you find any defect on BambooLite product that you have purchased within the warranty period.
What happened beyond the warranty period?
Beyond the warranty period, repair or replacement is at BambooLite discretion.
